Nourishing your body means nourishing your brain, which is the foundation for a healthy body and a healthy mind.

You can do this! We are here to support each other on our healing journeys.

This group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7PM EST and is open to anyone who is interested in eating to nourish their mind and body.

The group is hosted by registered dietitian and fitness enthusiast, Nikky Hindle.
