“When you combine your ability to express your unique talent with service to humanity, then you make full use of the Law of Dharma.”
– Deepak Choppra

Dharma is a concept with multiple meanings in Indian religions but it essentially refers to the basic principles of cosmic or individual existence. Put another way, your dharma is your purpose in life. It is the ultimate expression of the divine through living in service.

Do you know what your dharma is? I didn’t know mine for most of my life. I now know that my dharma is love. Yeah, it’s actually that simple.

Are you interested in discovering your dharma? Or do you know your dharma but can’t figure out how to live it?

I encourage you to try the kundalini yoga kriya in the video below. It is an exercise to clarify the subtle body and it will help you to know and live your dharma. (And by the way, this is really, really great for mental health!)

“We have some little faculty to stimulate in us our ‘Thou-ness.’ In this kriya we can clarify our subtle body—the body which attracts opportunities to us; the body which brings us good news; the body which collects the Universe for us.”
– Yogi Bhajan

If you really want to get the best from this kriya, try doing it every day for 40 days, and even better, 90 days! I am on day 4!
